Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which finder.deals collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the finder.deals website ("Site").

Personal Identification Information

We collect personal identification information (such as name and email address) only if Users voluntarily submit it to us, for example through our contact form. Users may visit our Site anonymously and can always refuse to supply personal identification information.

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal information about Users whenever they interact with our Site, such as the browser name, the type of device, the operating system, the Internet service provider and other similar technical information.

Web Browser Cookies

Our Site uses cookies to enhance User experience, for example to remember your language choice. Users may set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent. If they do so, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Deal Reports

When you use the "Report" feature to tell us that a code or price no longer works, we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address only to prevent duplicate reports. We cannot recover your IP address from it.

How We Use Collected Information

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners and trusted affiliates.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site (pages visited, time on page, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address and referring websites). It uses cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-Party Services

Third Party Websites

Our Site contains links to other websites, such as Amazon.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Third parties such as Amazon.com may serve content, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors' browsers.

Affiliate Links

Most deal links on our Site are affiliate links. When you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are completed on Amazon; we never see or store your payment details.

Advertising

We do not currently show third-party display advertising on our Site. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

Children's Online Privacy

We never knowingly collect or maintain information from anyone under 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
